Check out the CNN article today on Prop 8 related to Exodus and me. All in all it's a good article. I am glad they ended the post with my main point. At the end of the day the most important thing isn't whether we win or lose political battles, anyway. What matters is people's hearts and to whom those hearts are surrendered.
I'm just wondering why they think you're newsworthy. A bit like that interview with the Focus on the Family person who said that anti-bullying tactics which work should be replaced with ones that don't, because the ones which work acknowledge that gay people exist, and this is somehow terrible. I was watching that video and trying to work out why on earth she was on television. She's a charlatan and an idiot from a borderline hate group. And two experts had to debate her, instead of being allowed to put their own points across.
Similarly, why on earth are you being interviewed about Proposition 8? It's got nothing to do with you. You're a representative of an ineffectual political lobby group cum pseudoscientific councilling organisation. So? How does that get you into the newspapers?
